RESEARCH INTREST
I mainly focused on studying a tick-born segmentednegative-stranded RNA virus, severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome virus (SFTSV), which emerged in recent years in China, the United States of America, Korea, Japan, India and Australia. I aminterested in Interactions between SFTSV and host cells, and constructing new vaccines against SFTSV, including recombinant protein vaccines, DNA vaccines, virus-like particles (VLP) andrecombinant virus vaccines. And I am alsointerested in emergingzoonotic diseases caused by viruses.
