Zhao Li is a Professor and supervisor forMaster'sdegree in the Department of Health Microbiology Laboratory.She is currently the director of the Public Health and Preventive Medicine Experimental Center of Shandong University, vice-chairman of the Technical Committee of the Sterilization Branch of the Shandong Preventive Medical Association, and is also amember of the Pathogenic Committee of Zoonosis of the Chinese Society of Microbiology, the Food Safety Branch of the Chinese Society of Preventive Medicine, the Immunotoxicology Committee of the Chinese Toxicology Society, the Sterilization Branch of the Shandong Standing member, Health Inspection Branch of Shandong Preventive Medical Association, andQuasi-entry and exit evaluation expert of medical special articles in Shandong Province.

Zhao’s research focuses on "Neuropathogenic mechanism of HIV-1", "Epidemiological characteristics and transmission mechanism of several fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome", and "Establishment of immunoassay for mycotoxins". She has participated in 4 major Scientific ResearchProjects, including Science and Technology Support Plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the State and Key Scientific and Technological Issues in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan, anddirected 2 scientific and technological development plans of Shandong Province as chief researcher.She has published more than 60 papersas first author or correspondentauthor in China and abroad, of which 9cited by Science Citation Index (SCI). She has won 5 prizes for scientific and technological progress in Shandong Province and received 2 national invention patents. Shealsoparticipated in compiling of three planning textbooks of the Chinese Ministry of Health.
